By using AI JSONMedic(“the tool”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use.

Description of Service

AI JSONMedic provides a free online tool for repairing, validating, and formatting JSON data. We also offer premium API access for programmatic use. The core repair functionality operates entirely client-side in your browser.

Permitted Use

You may use AI JSONMedic for:

• Personal and commercial development projects
• Testing and debugging JSON output
• Automated repair via our API (within published rate limits)
• Educational purposes

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Attempt to overwhelm or attack our servers
• Scrape or systematically extract our content or algorithms
• Bypass API rate limits through automated means without a paid plan
• Reverse-engineer our repair algorithms for commercial resale without a license
• Use the tool to process or distribute illegal content

Free Tool — No Warranty

The free tool is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that:

• All repairs will be 100% accurate or semantically correct
• The tool will be available 100% of the time
• Repaired JSON will meet your specific schema or business requirements

Always validate repaired JSON before using in production systems.

API Terms

API usage is subject to rate limits published on the API documentation page. Pro and paid API plans include SLA commitments as described in the pricing page. Misuse of the API may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Intellectual Property

Our repair algorithms, website content, design, and branding are proprietary. The JSON you repair remains entirely yours. We claim no ownership over content you process through the tool.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI JSONMedic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the tool, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or incorrect JSON repair results.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
